House of Ceylon is a family-owned business launched in 2011 by Bristol-based mother
and daughter-in-law team, Judith Blagg and Manisha de Silva-Blagg.
In the first year
of launch, House of Ceylon's exotic Chutneys are proving to be a big hit with customers
and experts alike. Our Date and Lime Chutney was awarded two gold stars in the Guild
of Fine Food Great Taste Awards 2012. It s a rich blend of limes, dates and tropical
spices; described by the Guild of Fine Foods as 'well balanced, spicy and hot'.
All products are handmade in Sri Lanka, using mainly locally-sourced ingredients.
House of Ceylon is a truly family-run operation with all the products being produced
in Sri Lanka, by the De Silva family to ISO standards.
